Personal Training

Creative specialized programs designed to get you started if you are tired of joining the gym…again or it’s been a while since you exercised. Other reasons include low energy, lack strength, dealing with an injury or you need some motivation.

We believe personal training should be personal. We understand everyone has specific goals, which is why we take the time to really get to know you. We create a PERSONAL TRAINING program where all bodies can move, strengthen, heal, and thrive - regardless of your goals, fitness level, ability, or limitations.

Small Group Training

Personal training is offered to small groups with focus on yoga and strength training exercises. We also provide nutritional guidance at a more personal level to motivate, encourage, and support anyone who needs a little nudge in being as healthy as they can be. Also, don't forget that working in groups makes it more fun so get together with a few friends and have some of that fun!! Corporate programs also available. Your place or mine?

Health Coaching

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health. We will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. To improve your golf swing you would have a golf coach so why not a health coach to improve your health.

Private Yoga Lessons

Private yoga is explicitly tailored to your needs and abilities and help if you are recovering from injury or surgery, want help to create a home practice for yourself or bump up your practice. Also helpful to work on poses that give you problems or have never been to a class and want to know some basics before attending. Also great if you are not the group class type.
